We hear a lot of messages about taking good care of ourselves, but what does that really mean? And…are you doing it? Come and experience how fun it is to live and be healthy! We will practice good hand-washing techniques and talk about other ways to take care of your skin. We will also discuss healthy eating and enjoy a healthy snack.
