Grade Level: Junior, Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador

Learn to love the skin you’re in! Girls will talk with a nutritionist about healthy eating and learn to how to prepare delicious and nutritious meals. Learn the importance of maintaining a healthy body and to keep moving by making exercise a way of life. Then dance to Latin sounds and learn Zumba from an experienced Zumba Instructor.
