Ommm – Spend the day away from busy everyday life and devote a day to you. In collaboration with the Lincoln Yoga Center, discover new relaxation techniques, try a new yoga pose and change the way you look at being healthy. The fall and spring sessions will build upon each other, so come to the one that works for you or come to both – it’s your choice!
