Metro Camp – A Horse of Course!

Date: Monday, June 24th – Friday, June 28th, 2013

Location: Depart from Great Plains Service Center, Omaha

Arrival/Departure Times: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Grade Level: Junior, Cadette and Senior

During this week long day camp we will discover the ins and outs of working with one of your favorite animals… a horse of course! Our friends at the American Legacy Complex will cover the basics including: being safe around a horse, care and feeding, how to tack up your horse and how to lead and ride safely. Have a fun experience working with horses and be sure to wear your boots and jeans. Please bring a sack lunch and water bottle daily.
