Improv Camp

Date: Friday, July 12 – Saturday, July 13, 2013

Location: Catron Camp & Retreat Center, Nebraska City

Arrival/Departure Times: 6:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Grade Level: 6-12

Take a starring role with the Girl Scout Improv Troupe and join an elite group of Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors who tackle important issues through short theatrical scenes. Learn the basics of scripting, staging, characterization, and scene processing. Attend workshops on topics girls select as important, bond during team-time, and develop a knock-out scene to perform during the showcase celebration! Once you leave camp, you’ll be ready to represent Girl Scouts and perform in the community as members of a statewide Improv Troupe!
