A hands-on visit to a working farm! Learn about farming in Nebraska, meet and learn about the many farm animals and realize the importance of farming to our world.
Animals on the Go
Meet the exotic animals of our world! Make friends with a ferret, check out the chinchilla and more. Learn about the habits, habitats, characteristics, origin, feeding and care of the animals.
Woods
Explore the Gifford Point Woodlands. Learn about the eco-system of the floodplain and the web of life. Identify trees, plants and wildlife habitats.
Starlab
Journey to the stars in our STARLAB Planetarium! Learn about our galaxy, solar system, stars, planets, asteroids and more. Enter the dome to view our star cylinders including an introduction to the constellations, Greek Mythology, Native American Lore and the actual night sky.

Who: Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, Cadettes, Seniors, Ambassadors
When: Outdoor programs available April-November. All others are year round
Cost: $4.50 per Scout or parent for programs, Discount for additional programs per day. Combine a campout in our retreat, hayride, bonfire and ask for our special rates!
