B.I.T. Kids (Bakers in Training) Tours and Workshops
Does your child prefer the Food Network to Sesame Street? The Panera Bread B.I.T. Kids program might be for them! We now offer an introductory culinary experience for kids ages 5-12. This program is perfect for the aspiring bakers in your Girl Scout group.
Your “Bakers in Training” will be taken on a journey through a Panera Bread bakery-cafe to learn the essentials of kitchen safety, proper food handling and food preparation. Plus, all B.I.T. Kids will be outfitted with their own baking hat and learn to bake their own loaf of bread. What are you waiting for? Let’s get baking!
Who: Daisies, Brownies, Juniors, and Cadettes
When: Weekdays between 2:00pm – 5:00 pm. Workshops last about two hours. Need to make a reservation 2 weeks prior to date desired.
Cost: $5 per child. Free for leaders and chaperones. Includes tour, workshop, snack, baker’s hat/apron, and a mini baguette to bring home.
