The Art and Science of Photography
Come and learn about photography from its earliest beginnings to the advent of digital cameras. The girls will be exposed to basic photographic techniques and learn about the art of composition and lighting, as well as the new and exciting technology of digital photography. The cost of the program is $15, and includes a single-use camera and processing to allow them to express their creative sides.
Who: Juniors
When: January through May. Call for availability.
Time: Approximately 1 hour
Capacity: Maximum 20 girls. Parents welcome.
Where: Rockbrook Camera @ Legacy, 2919 S 169th Plaza, Omaha, NE 68130.
Cost: $15 per girl, including a tour of the facilities, presentation, and a single-use camera and free processing.
