Improv Takes The Stage

Girl Scouts’ Shining Stars

Want to perform and expand your acting skills? The Girl Scout Improv Troupe is a great place to start. As a member of the Troupe you will develop and perform original scenes at troop meetings, camps, events, trainings and anyplace where girls will benefit from a positive message. The performances deal with topics that are relevant to the issues that girls face. They range from light to serious, from bullying and peer pressure to commitment and relationships.

While we can’t guarantee that this will lead to your big break, Improv will help you develop leadership skills including: team work, planning, group facilitation, brainstorming, public speaking, and working with and relating to diverse people.
