Welcome to the Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska survey. Thank you for taking the time to answer a few questions about Girl Scouts and your experiences as part of the organization.

When you are finished with the survey, you will be directed to an email address. There, you will enter to be one of 10 lucky winners who will receive a $25 gift certificate from iTunes,

iTunes Contest Rules

Ten (10)winners will be drawn at random from all entries received by September 17, 2010 at 5 p.m. Each winner will receive one (1) $25 gift certificate to be used on the online resource, iTunes. Prizes may not be transferred and cannot be exchanged for legal tender. You may enter only one (1) time and you must have completed the survey to be eligible. You do not have to make a purchase to enter. Entries must be received on or before September 17, 2010 at 5 p.m. If you cannot email, you may also mail your name, address and phone number to: Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska, 2121 S. 44th Street, Omaha, NE, 68105, attention: Tina.
