Many successful business women will tell you they sold Girl Scout Cookies. If you look at women in politics, Fortune 500 companies and those who are entrepreneurs, you are literally looking at the who’s-who of former cookie-selling scouts.

The cookie program is the premiere business and economic literacy program for girls and helps young women practice valuable life skills such as: money management, ethical decision-making, teamwork and interpersonal communication; all while having fun with their friends. Girls become members of a team working toward a common goal. Motivation is high because a portion of the money raised from each box stays with the cookie-selling troop.

Each Girl Scout Product Program allows girls to directly raise funds for participation in events and activities like camping, adventure trips, community service projects and more.

You will get great tasting treats and a sense of well being because you are directly supporting the girls in your community – many of whom you may personally know. Thank you for your contribution.

All proceeds from the Spirit of Nebraska Product Programs stay in our state and benefit local girls directly by providing funds to:

•    Recruit and train volunteers
•    Offer financial assistance so that Girl Scouting is available for all girls
•    Improve and maintain our six camp properties and other activity sites
•    Keep event/camp fees for all members to a minimum
•    Sponsor special events, programs and projects
